Fisherman’s Pub
In Speightstown, St. Peter, this ocean front, wooden structure opens for daily lunch, serving local dishes. On Wednesday nights, there is exotic steel pan music and a flamboyant cultural floor show, limbo and land ship performances, Barbados nightlife at its best.
Occasionally, another traditional cultural performer- "Mother Sally" would make an appearance. Don’t miss Friday nights’ Curry Kareoke (carry your own key.)

Local: Beverley - I love Wednesday's dinner and dancing. I just like the atmosphere of the pub. A casual lunch on the deck by the water is relaxing. What makes it better is that you run into one or two interesting people.

McBrides
A cool pub in St. Lawerence gap, next to the After Dark, a lively, upbeat atmosphere, pool tables, full bar, and dinner is available.
Local: KJ - My McBrides highlight is Thursdays, cool band and cool people
Visitor: Don from London- Love the upbeat pub atmosphere-They play all types of international music. Sundays seem to be exciting with the…ahem… dance competition

Barbados Night Clubs
Harbour Lights
Lower Bay Street, this beach front “old” great-house “frame” structure, boasts the most vibrant island parties on the Barbados nightlife scene. Wednesdays and Fridays are normal club nights and on Sunday there is the beach party which begins at 6:00pm.
Local: Renee - It’s a great party, the drinks are correct and the vibe is nice. The best night for me is Friday since I don’t have to work on Saturdays.
The Boat Yard:
Situated on Bay Street, just on the outskirts of Bridgetown, opens as a chic beach bar during the day, party or have dinner with local bands or local DJ music.

Visitor: Ben from Canada– Well, when you go on down to the Boat Yard, it’s a good place to have a couple of local Banks Beers, meet the Barbadian people and it’s a good place to see and experience Bajan dancing, mostly wining-up (also known as “wukking-up”.

Ship Inn
In a single location there is an atmosphere to suit you’re any mood. You can have lunch by day, dinner by night. At this Barbados night club party to live music from a hip local band in the open air, get down to your favourite DJ music in an enclosed area or lounge around.
Thursday nights usually peaks with the performance of the local band “Strategy.”

For a night of full cultural flare. The Bajan Roots and rhythms dinner and show held at the Plantations Garden Theatre provides a full Bajan buffet dinner, live music, dance presentations, and other cultural entertainment. The show is held on Wednesday and Friday nights.

Live entertainment every night from Monday through to Saturday . Its acts include poetry readings, Jazz and other caribbean entertainment.
