If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days of receiving the item, send an email with your return information and contact details to customerservice@life-n-styles-barbados-shop.com and we will respond via telephone call to arrange for the return of the item. We will refund 100% of the purchase price and if the error is ours we will pay for the return shipping charges. We do not refund Express Shipping charges.
Just email us and specify whether you would like to return the item or exchange the item and we will let you know the return address at that time and refund your money or exchange the item as soon as we receive the product from you. There are items in our Life n Styles Barbados shop which are exceptions and cannot be returned, those which are custom made and with your personalisation, these are outlined below:

Our Estore offers a flat rate for shipping on orders to be delivered in Barbados. Overseas orders are fulfilled using air parcel post which will take approximately 7-14 days for the delivery to be made.
For overseas orders you will also have the option having your item (s) delivered by express shipping. There are some items in the store on which express shipping is not optional, these include items marked ‘special delivery’ and tend to be custom made items that are over US$100.00 in value. Although countries outside of Barbados are not included in the check out for shipping service, if there is an item you wish to have sent to you overseas, please use the email a friend link next to the item and email us at customerservice@life-n-styles-barbados-shop.com.
